Stef is literally AMAZING!!!! We sold our house without buying another due to the market conditions and she went above and beyond to calm our nerves and help us find the perfect house. She was sending us listings outside our criteria she thought might work, and she had talked to previous clients to see if anything off market was coming up. When we viewed houses she gave us honest opinions about re-sale, value for money, if there was any red flags that we might have to deal with when the inspection report came in (ex: windows, doors, etc.), etc. We actually submitted 2 offers a month apart on the house we closed on and Stef had no problem writing up the second offer (even though it was a huge long shot since they rejected our first one). I would not hesitate to recommend Stef! She was absolutely fantastic and she is the realtor you need, straight forward.
